When and where can I vote absentee?

In-person absentee voting can be done at Little Canada City Center during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or also at the Ramsey County Elections Office at 90 W. Plato Boulevard, St. Paul, MN.  The Roseville Library and New Brighton Community Center are also available for absentee voting Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 4:00pm.

The 2020 General Election absentee voting runs from Friday, September18 - Monday, November 2, 2020.

Extended absentee voting hours for the General Election will be available on Saturday, October 31 from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and on Monday, November 2 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Completed ballots that Little Canada residents received in the mail, can be dropped off at Little Canada City Hall during office hours and up until 3:00pm on Election Day, November 3, 2020.  Any Ramsey County resident can drop off their completed ballots at the other Absentee Voting locations or additional county facilities.
