Come out and meet your neighbors, find bargains, and rummage through miscellaneous treasures at the annual City-wide Garage Sale!

COVID-19 Guidelines

Please adhere to current guidelines and guidance from the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, and the Governor's Executive Orders. For more information on COVID guidelines, visit StaySafe MN.

Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to follow the subsequent guidelines to the best of their abilities:

Seller Guidelines

Buyer Guidelines

Do not host if you are feeling ill.
Set up your sale to allow for at least 6 feet of distance between people.
Limit the number of buyers to allow social distancing to be maintained.
Set as much merchandise as possible outside your garage.
Provide hand sanitizer if possible.
Sanitize high-touch items or areas as appropriate.

Stay home if you are not feeling well.
Present exact change whenever possible.
Limit the number of people in each group or vehicle.
Practice social distancing at all times.

Hours advertised: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. each day

Register your sale

Residents wishing to participate should submit a completed City-wide Garage Sale Registration Form. REGISTER HERE. Registration will close on May 13, 2021. There is no cost to participate.

Residents are also encouraged to post their sale on local classified websites and social media to help promote their sale as well as all of the garage sales participating.

Signs

We are encouraging residents to be creative and make their own sign(s). Residents can show their community pride by helping to promote Little Canada’s City-wide Garage Sale. Please be courteous and remove any garage sale signs you may have on display at the end of your sale.

Parking

Garage sale participants residing on a city street with No-Parking will be permitted on-street parking during the City-wide Garage Sale. The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office will be notified that during these three days from 8 AM to 5 PM parking is allowed in those areas. Residents are still subject to No-Parking regulations outside of the garage sale hours.

Map and List of Sales

A final map and list of all registered garage sales will be posted the week of the garage sale at local businesses, Little Canada City Hall, and distributed electronically via the website and social media.
