Contractors performing work in Little Canada must be State or City licensed. City licenses cost $50 and are good for one year from the date of issuance.
All dogs are required to be licensed in Little Canada. A license is not required for cats.
Our office does not have a license bureau. However, the cities of Maplewood, Roseville, and White Bear Lake provide these services.
A permit is required to manufacture, store for commercial purposes, and sell fireworks.
Due to our dense population, hunting is not permitted anywhere in Little Canada.
Temporary Outdoor Sales/Display Licenses
This license is for one-time sidewalk sales, Christmas tree sales, seasonal supply sales, or special event sales conducted by the operators of a legitimate established business within the appropriate zoning district in the City of Little Canada.
Wagon Vendors Licenses
All persons selling any merchandise including popcorn, soft drinks, ice cream, or other confectionery from a wagon, truck, automobile, pushcart or other vehicle must obtain a license.
