Little Canada offers residents curbside collection of yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, branches, brush). This optional service runs annually from April 1st thru November 30th (weather permitting) and pickup day is EVERY Wednesday.
Residents choosing this optional service are given a separate yard waste cart. You can have up to 2 yard waste carts for the same price. If you fill your yard waste cart(s) and you still have additional yard waste, it can be put out at the curb as long as it is in compostable bags (plastic bags are banned). There is no additional cost for extra bags of yard waste, and there is no need to schedule a pick up for the extra yard waste.
Mulch is NOT accepted as yard waste.
Cost: The seasonal rate for 2023 is $98.00 (service runs Wednesdays, April 1st thru November 30th)
