Planning Commission
2018 Planning Commission
The Planning Commission advises the City Council on planning and zoning issues.  The Commission also reviews plats and other land subdivisions, site plans for commercial and industrial buildings, rezoning requests, variances, conditional use permits, and other land use issues.  Their recommendations then go to the Council for final action.  They meet once a month at Little Canada City Center on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.  Their meetings are open to the public and can also be seen on Little Canada Cable Channel 16 or online.

The Commission consists of seven members appointed by the City Council.  Terms are for three years, with appointments made in January.  Current members include (image above): Nick Schwalbach, Bill Buesing (chair), Dawn Kulousek, Chris Kwapick, Eric Thorson and Nick Sandell.  Not pictured: Taelor Johnson.
